We are really excited to invite you along to IGo Yogas very first guided meditation class which is being held at the IGo Yoga Studio on Saturday 4th June 2016 @6pm. The class will be led by a qualified & very experienced yogi Naomi Waters-Gardener.

What will this class involve?

This class will offer an introduction to the practice of traditional Yogic Meditation; it's roots, preparation for the practice, a 20 minute guided meditation and final relaxation.

Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Find some space,and stillness in your life.
